Our Staff
Our staff are fully qualified in all aspects of beauty therapy with a professional and friendly approach to all of our clients. We are members of The British Institute and Association of Electrolysists Ltd, International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies and the City & Guilds of London Institute.

Our beauty therapists' qualifications include NVQ level 3 as well as ITEC in Reflexology and Indian Head massage amongst others. We maintain onsite up-to-date training as well as off site courses to keep up with the ever changing world of health and beauty.

Hair removal by waxing is fast, clean and efficient. With some of the most gentle cream warm waxes on the market and Hot Wax to choose from, we aim to give you the most effective wax we can. We also have a full range of tea tree products, which are great for after-care when having wax or electrolysis.

At Parkside we are very proud of the standard of Electrolysis we carry out. We use Diathermy, Galvanism and a combination of the two called 'Blend'. These are all forms of needle epilation, which produce excellent results. The use of disposable needles and a high standard of hygine and sterilization is always applied.

A wonderfully relaxing therapy that helps to balance your energy flow to give a deep sense of peace and calm. In addition to treating the head, it extends to the neck, shoulders and arms creating a sense of well being.

Reflexology. This is a popular complementary therapy that works on the principle that reflexes in the feet are relative to each organ in the body. This foot massage has many positive qualities and is extremely relaxing.

Advanced Electrolysis or the removal of skin blemishes, is a specialist treatment designed to removed unwanted red veins, spider naevus, mila, skin tags, Campbell de Morgan spots, keratosis and small warts. These conditions can be greatly reduced or even removed. A consultation and test patch treatment is recommended first, to assertain skin sensitivity and reaction to treatment.
